I'm pretty sure even Olivia Pope couldn't fix this one.

"Scandal" star Columbus Short has quite the temper, and unfortunately it seems he takes it out on his wife.  His wife, Tuere, has filed divorce for the 3rd time, and has obtained a restraining order after he allegedly pinned her down and held a knife to her throat, threatening to kill her and then himself.

Columbus Short

The incident occured on April 7th at the couple's Chatsworth home.  Tuere claims Columbus came home drunk, with a wine bottle in his hand.  He then proceeded to act like he was going to hit her with the bottle, but instead poured it on her. Tuere claims that Columbus then went to the kitchen and grabbed a knife, then he pinned her against the couch and started to choke her.

The actor allegedly told her he would stab her in the leg if she lied and began naming men who he believed she could be having affairs with.

TMZ is reporting that an arrest warrant has been issued for Scandal star Columbus Short.  He is wanted for felony aggravated battery stemming from a bar fight on March 15th.   According to reports, Short allegedly punched a guy in the face at a party after he mouthed off to Short. Short's victim was left with a broken nose and was knocked unconscious for several minutes.

Now a judge has issued an arrest warrant for his arrest on one count of felony aggravated battery.  It's a felony instead of a misdemeanor because serious bodily injury happened as a result of Short's punch.  The charge carries a maximum sentence of four years in prison.

This isn't the firs time Short's temper has gotten him in trouble.  I think maybe a little anger management is in order.

Next year marks 20 years since the mysterious suicide of Kurt Cobain, the lead singer of 90s grunge band, Nirvana.  Kurt Cobain was found dead in his home in Seattle on April 8th, 1994, from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. After finding a note nearby, the police ruled it a suicide.

However, several conspiracy theories surrounding his death have arisen over the last 20 years.  Seattle police recently decided to reexamine the evidence in Kurt's case in expectation of renewed questioning by fans.  The detective on the case found no new evidence to support a change of cause of death, and the case has been closed again.

Yesterday, Seattle police released two previously unseen images from the scene of Kurt's death.  One photo shows a box containing drug paraphernalia and the other shows the paraphernalia box closed, next to cash, a cigarette pack and a wallet that appears to show Cobain's identification.

An arrest warrant has been issued for soul legend Anita Baker.

According to court records, the bench warrant was issued yesterday after the singer failed to appear in court for a hearing in her current legal battle with a paint and decorating company, Ray Smith Painting and Decorating.  The company sued Anita for failing to pay a $15,000 bill they claim she owes!

According to newly released documents in the Justin Bieber DUI case, JB is claiming a foot injury is what caused him to walk unsteadily during a sobriety test - NOT alcohol.  The report says Bieber tested positive for Xanax and weed.  However, his alcohol level was just .014.

According to the new documents, Bieber told the arresting police officer, "I'm 19 years old. I'm just out having a good time." The officer replied that he wasn't driving around in a Lambo at that age.  Bieber retorted, "Yeah, well, I bet you didn't have millions of dollars in your bank account either."

The police officer told Bieber it seemed he was having trouble driving the Lamborghini, to which Bieber responded, "What? I've been driving a Lamborghini since I was 15."

So, bratty and spoiled, but drunk...not so much.

TMZ is reporting that Chris Brown has been arrested in Malibu for parole violation.

If you recall, back in November, Chris was sentenced to 90 days in rehab for anger management.  After his 90 days was up, the judge ordered him to stay in the program until a separate assault case he is facing in Washington D.C. is complete.

But, as of this morning, Chris was tossed out of his rehab for violating "internal rules" - which did not include drugs or violence.  And per court order, if CB leaves rehab, he goes to jail.  So an arrest warrant was issued and he went compliantly with the L.A. County Sheriff's deputies.

The rehab is staying mum on exactly what he was kicked out for, but we hope this is the wake up call he needed to get serious about working on his obviously deep-rooted problems.

chris brown

Chris Brown appeared in a Washington D.C. courtroom Monday afternoon and was charged with misdemeanor assault before being released.

The R&B artist got into a fight early Sunday morning outside of the W Hotel and was arrested.  He and his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy cooled their heels in jail for 36 hours on an initial charge of felony assault.  The judge reduced the charge and allowed both men to leave the jail without setting bail.

Attorney Danny Onorato said, "Christopher Brown committed no crime. We understand that his security acted to protect Mr. Brown and his property, as he is authorized to do under D.C. law. We are confident that Mr. Brown will be exonerated of any wrongdoing."

The victim was Isaac Adams Parker, 20, of Beltsville, Maryland.  He allegedly tried to photo bomb Brown and a female fan.  The singer said, "I'm not down with that gay s--t and I feel like boxing."

Brown then punched him in the face with his fist and the bodyguard stepped between them and also punched Parker in the face.  The assault victim was treated at an area hospital and released.

CB is still on probation for viciously beating Rihanna in 2009. His sentence for that incident was community service and a year long domestic violence course.  A few refresher sessions may be in order...

pitbull and lindsay lohan

Lindsay Lohan lost her court "battle" against Pitbull yesterday when a New York federal judge sided with the rapper that the use of her name is a 2011 song was no big whoop.

The actress filed a lawsuit against Pitbull, Ne-Yo, Afrojack, J Records, Sony Music Entertainment, RCA Music Group, Polo Grounds Music and other related parties  associated with the song 'Give Me Everything.'  The offending lyric according to court documents were: "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."

Lohan's legal filing stated Pitbull and company did not ask permission or negotiate compensation for the use of her moniker.  She was also seeking damages for the emotion distress that the negative connotation that the lyric "locked up" caused her.

A federal judge dismissed the case, ruling that the tune's lyrics were protected by the First Amendment, which covers freedom of speech and creative expression.

Pitbull's lawyer said after the ruling, "My client wasn't shocked, but was disappointed when Lohan first sued in August 2011.  He is now very pleased.  He felt it was very important to address this head on to protect his right and the rights of other artists.  He decided to fight this."

randy travis sentenced

Country Singer Randy Travis was sentenced to 180 days in jail after pleading guilty to a drunk driving incident in Texas but good behavior might keep him out of the slammer.

The legendary crooner Travis was arrested on Aug. 7, 2012 after cops found him lying naked in the road after he crashed his car into a construction barrier.

The Grayson County District Attorney acknowledged that the singer can avoid time behind bars if he keeps his nose clean during a 2 year probation stint.

He is also required to spend 30 days at an impatient alcohol treatment facility, 100 hours of community service, and the installation of an ignition interlock device on all of his vehicles that would require him to blow into a blood alcohol measuring device prior to starting the car.

His lawyer Larry Friedman told PEOPLE, "He's given up drinking alcohol.  He's drinking eight glasses of water a day or more.  He's on a strict exercise regimen... He's in the best shape he's ever been in his life."

Randy is reportedly back in the studio and concentrating on his music.
