Sean Combs is returning to his roots ahead of dropping a new single!  It's been 13 years since Combs dropped Puff Daddy for P. Diddy. But in a trailer for his new single, "Big Homie", Puffy announced his return to his original moniker. Presented by Bad Boy Entertainment, the clip shows the newly minted Puff Daddy in New York City and teases a collab with Rick Ross and French Montana.

Puff Daddy took to his Twitter to clear up any misunderstanding about the change.

The full "Big Homie" single should be released next week.  P. Diddy's last album was released in 2010.

Check out the trailer below:

bruno mars super bowl

Bruno Mars killed it with his Super Bowl XLVIII halftime performance Sunday night at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ.

The extravaganza began with a children's chorus singing a verse from the Mars' tune 'Billionaire' prior to the gold-suited singer's high energy drum solo.

During the 12-minute stage production, Bruno and the Red Hot Chili Peppers sang 'Locked Out of Heaven,' 'Treasure,' 'Runaway Baby' and 'Give it Away.'  The show ended with the dynamic entertainer singing his hit song 'Just the Way You Are.'

The four decade mash-up and dance demo included 60's Motown, 70's disco funk, 80's pop and modern day hip-hop.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers upped the anti with their frenzied movements. The 30 degree temperatures didn't stop Anthony Kiedis and Flea from shedding their shirts for the show.

Many are calling it one of the best halftime shows in years. Check out the video and let us know what you think:

rihanna and shakira

Shakira and Rihanna have just released a steamy video for their song 'Can't Remember to Forget You,' featuring lots of skin, water, cigars, lipstick and grinding!

The video, directed by 'The Voice' mentor Joseph Kahn, is definitely HOT!  It is immediately obvious that these talented ladies have chemistry.

Shakira recently talked to VEVO about working with Rihanna, "Her voice in this song is just unreal ’cause she is reggae. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a female singer deliver her lines in a reggae song with such authenticity. I’m just over the moon to know that we did a video together and we did this song together."

'Can't Remember to Forget You' will be on Shakira's upcoming album, slated to drop on March 25.  Check it out below and let us know what you think:

madonna miley mashup

Miley Cyrus was rocking a Western-theme while performing with Madonna during last night's episode of 'MTV Unplugged.'

The duo taped a high energy mashup of  'Don't Tell Me' and 'We Can't Stop' in New York City on Tuesday.  The 'Wrecking Ball' singer was dressed in a three-piece denim costume that showed off her decidedly toned midriff.

Madge, 55, was dressed in a black fringed outfit that featured bling on her hat and gun belt.  Despite the three decade age difference, the iconic Material Girl definitely held her own.

They did some grinding and showed off their tongues during the three-minute performance.  Miley gushed afterward, "That was pretty cool, you guys.  It was one of those days that was pretty easy to get out of bed.  I get to perform with Madonna in bedazzled cowboy boots.  I can't really complain about anything."

motley crue plans two year retirement gig

The heavy metal band Motley Crue has decided to hang it up AFTER they perform 72 concerts with Alice Cooper over the next two years, sponsored by Dodge Chrysler.

The rockers made the announcement Tuesday at a news conference in Hollywood, with lead singer Vince Neil describing their final musical journey as a global farewell tour.  They'll perform in the U.S., Canada, Asia, Australia, Western and Eastern Europe.

Neil told reporters, "We want to go out with the four founding members of Motley Crue and go out on top."

Guitarist Nikki Sixx added, "We want to leave a legacy.  We want to have some dignity."

They have signed a "Cessation of Touring" contract indicating that Vince, Nikki, Tommy Lee and Mick Mars will no longer perform as Motley Crue after 2015.  It prevents any member from putting together a band in the future using the name.  During their 30-year history, they have sold 80 million albums.

The group appeared last night on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live,' where Vince was already looking to the future.  He remarked, "I'll miss playing with the guys, but I won't quit playing rock and roll.  There are a lot of great opportunities and exciting projects after Motley Crue."

adele and phil collins

The world has been craving some new music from Adele since the release of her much heralded album '21' in 2011.  It appears the wait may soon be over.

Adele has begun working with fellow Brit singer-songwriter and former Genesis rocker Phil Collins.  He told Inside South Florida, “I’ve just started to work with Adele. She contacted me to write together.”

The semi-retired musician admits that the Grammy Award winning singer wasn't on his radar screen but he agreed to join her in the studio after hearing her voice.

Collins acknowledged, “I wasn’t actually too aware. I live in a cave! But she’s achieved an incredible amount. I really love her voice. I love some of that stuff she’s done, too.”

According to her publicist, Adele will release an album in mid-2014.  She has reportedly been collaborating with Kid Harpoon, James Ford, Ryan Tedder and  Diane Warren, in addition to Collins.

Adele and boyfriend Simon Konecki are parents to a son Angelo in October 2012.  She is reportedly worth $55 million, making her one of the highest paid musicians in the world thanks to her hits 'Rolling in the Deep' and 'Set Fire to the Rain.'
