Sarah Palin sat down for an interview with ABC’s Barbara Walters and the conversation was candid — as always. The decidedly confident firebrand Republican believes she can beat President Barack Obama in the 2012 election.
The former Alaska governor said: “I am looking at the lay of the land now and…trying to figure that out… if it’s a good thing for the country, for the discourse, for my family…if it’s a good thing.”
Barbara asked Palin if she thought she could beat Obama in 2012. Sarah replied: “I believe so.”
Check out a portion of their conversation below. The full interview will air on December 9, as part of Barbara’s yearly 10 Most Fascinating People special.
