Academy Award-winning actress Tatum O’Neal is the latest celeb to join the ensemble cast of ‘Squirrels to the Nuts,’ currently filming in New York City.
Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson shot a series of scenes earlier this week, as did the ‘Paper Moon’ child star who was dressed in a leather jacket and sweatpants in one scene and was convincingly rocking a waitress uniform for more on-camera action.
Other cast members include Cybil Shepherd, Kathryn Hahn, Will Forte, Ahna O’Reilly and Rhys Ifans.
Aniston’s real-life winter wedding plans recently hit the skids over the location of the ceremony. Justin Theroux wanted to get married in New York City but she held out and eventually convinced her fiance that they should wed in Los Angeles.
O’Neal, 49, is the youngest recipient of an Emmy, which she won at age 10 for her performance opposite her actor father, Ryan O’Neal.
She has long battled drugs and chronicled her struggles in a 2011 memoir titled Found: A Daughter’s Journey Home. Oprah aired an 8-episode reality series featuring father and daughter in 2011 titled ‘Ryan and Tatum: The O’Neals.’
The current state of Tatum’s dysfunctional family relationship remains complicated.
